Korman Communities offered a safe secure home for us while in transition between houses. The staff was always available with any possible need and incredibly friendly and reliable.

Being on the road for business is made easier with access to such a great fitness center, and having in suite high speed internet made the stay excellent for continuing work as well as communicating with the family while away.

The Korman Communities staff was so helpful for acclimating to the area. They literally showed me where I could complete any personal business ranging from mail to making an appointment for a hair cut. They went above and beyond my expectations!

Trying to stay healthy while traveling can be a major obstacle but waking up every morning and being able to grab a yogurt and juice on my way out the door was great! Starbucks kept me going as well. Such a great concept for those of us always on the run!

In efforts to meet deadlines, they allowed me to hold a group meeting in the on site conference room. They even helped me secure all necessary items and technology for the meeting. They went so far as to order us catered dinner to accompany our meeting. I was thoroughly impressed!

I have been using Korman Communities for the last 15 years and have found them to be far superior with regards to services and in response to requests. They have always been at the forefront. They aim to please and provide service with a smile. I highly recommend them.

The Korman Communities staff made me at home. From the ladies at the front desk to the management to housekeeping, I always received a smile and an "absolutely" to any question.

I was more than happy to find a pristine suite upon my late night arrival. I was even more delighted to slip into the bed. How comfortable. The linens and pillows made me feel so relaxed. The hardest part is actually leaving the bed in the morning. Its perfect for people like me who wake up in different cities everyday and can never get any sleep! I get very excited when I know I get to go to any korman communities location.

I can't say enough about this property. The pool, gym, business center, breakfast ing the morning and above all the friendliness of the staff, make this the best experience I have had traveling in my career!

The staff knows you by name and greets you at the door every night - sometimes with your dry cleaning in hand. Korman Communities offers so much, but the team I your building really make it shine, and are always ready to make dinner reservations, recommend shows, and find whatever you need. Better than being home!

The staff is the friendliest I have ever met. I have had such a great experience at Korman Communities that I would consider coming here on leisure travel with my family.

Unfortunately for me I was traveling over my birthday. I had mentioned it to one of the staff members and later that week on my birthday I came home to find a birthday cake awaiting me. The staff cared that it was my birthday. Remembering to say happy birthday would have been enough but purchasing a cake for me, that's beyond impressive!

Staying with Korman is always a pleasure. Among all amenities and service, coming from another country it is nice to have access to a large range of foreign tv channels. Most may not notice this but when English is not your native language these are the touches that make you feel at home.

I was steps away to work and at the end of the day could go to a peaceful location. The short distance to the UN also made mornings enjoyable by stopping in the cafe and grabbing a cup of Starbucks and baked goods with co-workers and even Korman staff.

Being able to stay at Korman Communities Washing ton DC has been wonderful. Who would have thought staying in the center of DC in a suite I would have such a large living space. I slept better in their bed than our bed at home. I even inquired about purchasing a bed from the supplier!

Traveling back a to the Bluebell area for my work with Rohm and Haas is always convenient. The location is excellent, close to all major highways but still tucked back in a neighborhood setting with grass and trees, it feels like I am driving in my own neighborhood.

The convenience to New York City of Korman Communities is remarkable. Being able to stay so close and still be able to park on site and have access to the shops and eating establishments of City Place makes for a great stay. It's breathtaking to look out the window and see the Manhattan skyline. The thing I liked least was actually moving out!

I had a very difficult Monday morning on my first day in a new position. I woke to a flat tire. I went up to the front desk and almost immediately a maintenance man helped me change the tire and followed me to a garage for a new tire. Even though I was late for my first day in a new position, I was very lucky to have that kind of assistance especially in a new area where I knew no one or how to get anywhere. Its little things like that which leave a lasting impression.

I travel a lot and am often greeted with no kitchenI was so happy to stay with Korman Communities and not only have a full kitchen but also separate living and bedrooms. I was so happy to be able to actually buy some groceries and be able to prepare healthy meals. Traveling is difficult but you make it much easier.

I am constantly on the go and often find it difficult to go find a dry cleaner and get my clothes cleaned. It is so nice to be able to drop off the clothes and pick them up at the front desk or have them placed in my suite. Its just one less thing to have to make time for.

Coming into the city for a night at a time is easy when staying at Korman Communities. No matter how late I may arrive, my suite is always ready and the front desk staff is exceptional. They called a car service for me and even got me into my favorite restaurant.

I had completely forgotten to get directions to the office for the first day of work. I called the front desk, not only did the front desk attendant find me the directions, she printed them and brought them to my suite for me. This reflects my entire time with Korman, the staff was always so eager to help. Korman Communities is a preferred provider of American Express.

It was nice to stay at a location with a sense of community. It was a positive environment apparent through interaction of staff and guests. Your concept and your team exude proactive customer care.

I really enjoyed having the business center available. Being able to access personal email and correspond with family and friends while away was such a relief. I got to know the staff well, picking up my coffee in the morning and checked my mail. When traveling its so nice to have a familiar face to see in the morning and when you come home.

The Korman Communities staff was extremely attentive! I never needed to ask for anything, they always beat me to the asking!

High speed internet in my suite is very important to me. Usually I have to wait a few days before that is set up or even working. With Korman Communities, I walked into my suite and went online instantly. Technology is important when traveling, thank you for recognizing that.

I was very happy with the quality of my stay. My suite was spotless, it would have passed my mother's white glove test. This is by far the best home-away-from-home I have ever experienced.

The resident socials were a lot of fun. I wasn't expecting programs like this, but I was very happily surprised. It was great to meet others and network within such a fun environment and at outstanding events.

It was so nice to not be in a hotel room. Hotel rooms are so cold but my suite was very warm and inviting. It was nice to lay on a couch in another room and relax. Being able to pick up some groceries and make a nice dinner was refreshing! I was amazed with the completeness of the suite. When traveling for long periods of time it is so important to be able to come back at night and relax.

As a leader of a company I am sure you appreciate feedback, both good and bad, about what's going on "on the ground". I would like to take a moment to describe my experience so far at your New York City Korman Property on East 46th.

I took a job at JPMorgan on May 15, 200, and took up temporary residence at the property commuting from Denver. I have made several substantial moves in my career so I had a set of expectations going into this experience.

Everything about this experience has been outstanding and Korman Communities has exceeded my expectations in every way. So I felt it important for you to know.

The accommodations and property are exquisitely maintained. Windows and sidewalks are always clean at the street level and each of your doorman has a great attitude. Your front desk always greets you with a smile and go out of their way to be helpful with directions or suggestions. Coffee area and business office are always immaculate but I rarely notice anyone cleaning. Newspapers are always available and internet and printer works every time. The exercise room is always clean and inviting.

MJ who showed me the property in early May has been a model of professionalism and intensely cares about performance. Barbara is so very capable and really gets across that she is willing to accommodate any special needs. She obviously must manage the staff extremely well. Stephanie just has that special sparkle and energy. She always seems to be "on it", I have complete confidence that whatever I request will be done with no need to ask twice. Finally, Noel is very professional and was most helpful in providing information and even making calls for me to join a gym. In short, they all seem similarly focused on providing exceptional service for their guests.

You really have an outstanding property and great concept and I am glad to hear you will be expanding in New York City soon. As I'm sure you are well aware the people make the difference.
