I was more than happy to find a pristine suite upon my late night arrival. I was even more delighted to slip into the bed. How comfortable. The linens and pillows made me feel so relaxed. The hardest part is actually leaving the bed in the morning. Its perfect for people like me who wake up in different cities everyday and can never get any sleep! I get very excited when I know I get to go to any korman communities location.

I can't say enough about this property. The pool, gym, business center, breakfast in the morning and above all the friendliness of the staff, make this the best experience I have had traveling in my career!

The staff knows you by name and greets you at the door every night - sometimes with your dry cleaning in hand. Korman Communities offers so much, and the team you are building really make it shine, and are always ready to make dinner reservations, recommend shows, and find whatever you need. Better than being home!

I had completely forgotten to get directions to the office for the first day of work. I called the front desk, not only did the front desk attendant find me the directions, she printed them and brought them to my suite for me. This reflects my entire time with Korman, the staff was always so eager to help. Korman Communities is a preferred provider of American Express.

In efforts to meet deadlines, they allowed me to hold a group meeting in the on site conference room. They even helped me secure all necessary items and technology for the meeting. They went so far as to order us catered dinner to accompany our meeting. I was thoroughly impressed! I have been using Korman Communities and now ARK for the last 15 years and have found them to be far superior with regards to services and in response to requests. They have always been at the forefront. They aim to please and provide service with a smile. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately for me I was traveling over my birthday. I had mentioned it to one of the staff members and later that week on my birthday I came home to find a birthday cake awaiting me. The staff cared that it was my birthday. Remembering to say happy birthday would have been enough but purchasing a cake for me, that's beyond impressive!

Traveling back to the Blue Bell area for my work with Rohm and Haas is always convenient. The location is excellent, close to all major highways but still tucked back in a neighborhood setting with grass and trees, it feels like I am driving in my own neighborhood.

I had a very difficult Monday morning on my first day in a new position. I woke to a flat tire. I went up to the front desk and almost immediately a maintenance man helped me change the tire and followed me to a garage for a new tire. Even though I was late for my first day in a new position, I was very lucky to have that kind of assistance especially in a new area where I knew no one or how to get anywhere. Its little things like that which leave a lasting impression.

It was so nice to not be in a hotel room. Hotel rooms are so cold but my suite was very warm and inviting. It was nice to lay on a couch in another room and relax. Being able to pick up some groceries and make a nice dinner was refreshing! I was amazed with the completeness of the suite. When traveling for long periods of time it is so important to be able to come back at night and relax.

My film company worked in Bucks County for roughly 3 months, and we stayed at Korman Communities there for the entire time. We had dozens of cast and crew members coming in and out every week, and Anne Marie, and the rest of the Korman Communities staff were incredible! They were able to accommodate our every need at a moment's notice, and made it work with our budget, too! We even used a couple suites for filming, and it was a joy staying with them for so long. The suites were clean and comfortable, there is a gym, and it's close to a big mall and the highway access.

What else can I say?  Miss you guys!

I want to first thank you for everything that you have done for my family since we moved in. Very friendly and always helpful with anything we have needed. I love the atmosphere living where I do. I love the gym and pool area. I unfortunately don't visit it as much as I would like but really love when I can. It is so nice to be able to use a gym right on site instead of having to go to a Bally's. The staff here is wonderful. Anytime we needed maintenance or had a problem they were very prompt in getting out to us and were very friendly while doing it. Michaele Nissley has been a wonderful person to deal with. She is very friendly and remembers our names whenever we pass. That goes a long way because we are not just a number. I would recommend living here and I have actually done that several times already. Both family and friends have moved in and are still thanking me!

My extended stay at your Korman ARK Bucks County resort provided much more than I expected. This was primarily due to your excellent professional approach and assistance in getting me settled into a wonderful apartment which helped immensely in establishing several new business opportunities for NRC. Additionally, the service preparations offered by the Korman staff for our diverse group at the annual NRC International Planning Conference was outstanding. Putting it simply, everything came together without the usual last minute rush and stress.

The NRC clients and managers were from the UK, Germany, Italy, Canada, Dubai, Brazil, and the US. The Buck’s County conference facilities and suites offered our group plenty of opportunity to privately network, review, and discuss sensitive data pursuant to the various capital port and rail projects we are managing.

Please thank the concierge and front desk staff for their exemplary service pursuant to our various needs and the welcomed technical computer support. Furthermore, the wives that came along especially enjoyed the large Jacuzzi and total spa experience; and the shopping outing suggested by your head concierge was most appreciated. This was one of the NRC functions where they all could say they had a perfect time.

It is obvious Anne Marie that you and the Korman staff cherish the true meaning of professional “customer service” ~ it shows. NRC will return for another conference since this East Coast outing was an obvious success. I and several of our associates had other business meetings in New York, Washington, and Baltimore after the NRC Conference. The Bucks County location proved to be most convenient for those extended business trips during our time with Korman.

Korman Communities is a very lovely place to live. The woods and nature are beautiful and peaceful to behold every morning upon waking. After work, it is nice to take a quiet walk and unwind from the day. There is nothing more beautiful than working out and looking at the snow clad trees. I especially enjoy my Starbucks coffee in the mornings along with yogurt and an apple. The residents and neighbors are both friendly and helpful. The staff of Korman Communities work very hard to provide a wonderful living environment for their residents. The grounds and buildings are constantly renovated and updated to ensure a good living situation. Living at Korman Communities is like living in a resort every day of the week!!

Everything has been very nice, well kept and clean! The entire staff, office, grounds and maintenance has been excellent. Nothing at all was too small an item for them to deal with. From accepting packages to seeing that a package is picked up.
